Huangshan Hengjiu has successfully passed the annual supervisory audit of its Intellectual Property (IP) Compliance Management System, conducted by an independent third-party certification body approved by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of China (CNCA).
The audit covered key business functions including research and development, procurement, manufacturing, sales, and human resources. It focused on the company’s full IP management lifecycle, including IP acquisition, maintenance, utilization, protection, and risk prevention. The audit team carried out document reviews, on-site interviews, record inspections, and process traceability checks to comprehensively assess system effectiveness.
The auditors concluded that Huangshan Hengjiu has established a sound IP compliance governance framework, with effective system operation, complete records, and timely improvements. The company demonstrated solid performance in patent layout for chain products, graded protection of technical secrets, employee confidentiality agreements, and coordinated advancement of high-value patents and standardization initiatives.
Huangshan Hengjiu currently holds more than 60 granted patents, with invention patents accounting for over 30%. The company has also led or participated in the development of six national standards, as well as multiple industry and group standards, reflecting continuous improvement in IP quality and application.
The successful completion of this audit marks a new stage of standardization and refinement in the company’s IP compliance management. Mr. Zhou Jian, Vice President and Management Representative, stated that Huangshan Hengjiu will continue to strengthen the integration of IP management with corporate strategy, enhance risk control across the value chain, and support the high-quality development of advanced chain transmission equipment.
