Huangshan Hengjiu has successfully completed the annual surveillance audit of its Energy Management System in accordance with GB/T 23331—2020 Energy Management Systems — Requirements with Guidance for Use.
The audit was conducted by a senior expert team, who carried out a comprehensive evaluation through document reviews, on-site inspections, energy consumption data verification, and interviews with key personnel. The assessment covered the implementation of the company’s energy policy, achievement of targets, operational controls, energy performance monitoring, and continuous improvement practices.
The auditors concluded that the system is operating in a standardized and effective manner. And the company achieved a 100% compliance rate in the calibration and deployment of energy measurement instruments. Its energy consumption per unit of product continues to outperform industry benchmarks.
Several energy-saving initiatives were highlighted for their strong results, including waste heat recovery from compressed air systems and upgrades to variable frequency drives. In addition, the company demonstrated solid execution and innovation in areas such as rooftop solar power generation, water recycling systems, and energy efficiency benchmarking.
Huangshan Hengjiu will further strengthen its refined energy management practices and accelerate its progress toward becoming a nationally recognized green factory, contributing to the realization of carbon reduction goals.
