This year’s 2025 Year-End Summary & Award Ceremony was no different: teammates from across our subsidiaries and departments came together, and it felt like family—grateful for the hard work, proud of what we’ve built, and ready to take on new challenges.
2025 was a big year for us—it marked 73 years of growing and innovating in the chain transmission industry. Let’s be real: the global market wasn’t easy. But here’s what made the difference: our team. Every Hengjiu person showed up—doubling down on our domestic market, expanding our reach overseas, and delivering results that prove resilience matters. For us, this isn’t just a “success story”—it’s a promise: we’re steady, reliable, and always pushing to do better.
The best part of the day? Shining a light on the people behind our success. We handed out awards—“Golden Torch Award”, “Silver Torch Award”, “Advanced Individual” and “Advanced Team”—but these aren’t just trophies. They’re for the technician who stays late to get a production run right, the sales rep who goes the extra mile for a client, the logistics teammate who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Watching them step up, smiles bright—you could feel the pride in the room.
After the awards, we let loose—traditional lion dances, fun dances, great music, and even martial arts performances. We had cute mascots for Chinese New Year (Year of the Horse) and festive gifts, but the real joy was connecting with teammates we don’t always get to see face-to-face. We raised our glasses, laughed about the tough days, and reminded each other: we’re stronger together.
