A simple but animated merging ceremony was going at Kun Shan Hong Yuan Chain Company on August 8 and Hong Yuan formally became the 6th family subsidiary of Hengjiu Group, meantime the 2nd chain subsidiary in Kun Shan.
Hong Yuan Chain company is a Tai Wan specialist for various auto timing chain, including infinitely variable speeds chain, auto timing chain and chain for transfer case etc. Infinitely Variable Speeds chain could be used on heavy agricultural equipment, wind power generation and large ships. Industrial silent chain with similar technology are widely used on driving unit of machine tools, hydraulic oil pump of large tonnage forklift, and glass works. The merging fills Hengjiu’s gap in those industries.
Shareholders, executives and employees from both parties presented the ceremony.
